The Interactive Book & Free Tools: Your answers, notes, starred terms, and progress are saved directly on your own device in your browser's local storage. We do not collect, receive, store, or transmit this content. It never leaves your device.
Career Engine Membership: When you become a member, we collect the information needed to create your account and process your subscription, such as your email address and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
Contact Form: When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond to you.
Website Analytics: We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. This data does not personally identify you.
2. How We Use Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Next Generation Success products and services, including the interactive textbook, Career Engine, Skills Enhancer App, and Job Tracker (together, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our products.
2. Educational Purpose
Our products are educational materials for career development and workforce readiness. They are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Individual results depend on individual effort.
3. License of Use
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own education. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content, and you may not share access with others. All content is protected by copyright.
4. Payments & No-Refund Policy
Free Trial: The Career Engine includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically at $29.95/month.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
Billing: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for purchases and recurring membership fees until you cancel.
5. Your Content
Answers, notes, and reflections you write in the interactive book are stored locally on your device and remain yours. We do not access them. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your work; we are not responsible for work lost due to cleared browser data, device failure, or similar events.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to build competing products.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT GENERATION SUCCESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
